AMPD Fusion: AMPD Fusion gives you three workouts in one! The uniqueness of kettlebell complemented with simple resistance band movements, all the while choreographed to music, creating a fun, non-traditional, low-impact, full body workout accessible for all fitness levels.
Circuit Training: Incorporates a number of different stations and workouts. These include cardiovascular, resistance and weight training, followed by an ab blast and stretching.
Cycling: High-intensity exercise on a stationary bike. It combines cardio and endurance in a calorie-crunching session! Not only is it great for giving you all the cardiovascular gains, but it’s great at toning muscles to make you stronger.
DanceFit: Music-driven workout that builds aerobic endurance, balance, coordination and strength.Dance fitness is all about getting a sweat on and having fun while moving your body.
H.I.I.T. (high intensity interval training): 30 minute calorie crushing workout incorporating several rounds of high intensity movements to increase the heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements. HIIT will improve stamina and increase strength.
H.I.R.T. (high intensity resistance training): 30 minutes of training designed to improve body composition by boosting muscle mass and dropping body fat. HIRT consists of a series of strength training exercises for a set number of reps, for a set number of minutes.
Muscle Works: A Full-Body workout that builds and tones muscle. This class features dumbbells and weighted bars.
POUND: A Full- Body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with drumming pilates. The POUND class features weighted Rip Stix that will build and tone muscles.
Silver Sneakers: Focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily activities. May use small weights, elastic tubing, and silver sneaker’s ball.
STRONG Nation®: combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves. Every squat, lunge, and burpee is driven by the music.
Tabata: High- intensity interval training that consists of eight sets of fat- burning, endurance enhancer, and muscle toning exercises. Each exercise is performed for 20 seconds with a 10 second rest.
Waisted: 30 min workout formatted to target core and specifically the lower belly and WAISTEline.
Yoga: Build all-over body strength, flexibility and balance with traditional yoga techniques. Each class is different, resulting in weekly challenges for your body.
